Marconi is about the construction of a park and a community house next to an elderly leisure center. Low-rise, sports field, bricks, wadi, class rooms,
cross laminated timber, arts studio, bricks, Fargesia, very low energy, streetfront house, bricks, vegetable garden, some offices, petanque, choysia
and some bricks too. Mr Marconi is the inventor of radio and he shared the 1909 Nobel Prize in Physics with Karl Ferdinand Braun in recognition of their
contributions to the development of wireless telegraphy. Quite convenient he gave his name to the street and to the house broadcasting a renewed
sense of community to the neighborhood.
